A signed-in diner opens Shaormea's page: they see a score of 4 out of 5 from 25 votes, open the list of delivery apps, read what people praise, add a small chicken shaorma and a large one configured with heat and sauces, see the basket with the saving over Wolt and scroll the reviews. Then they leave their own: they pick “Good”, tick the fresh flatbread and the garlic sauce, write a comment, choose “Eat in” and give the large chicken shaorma a 👍. The vote shows straight away, at 26 votes.

In the owner dashboard, the Analytics tab shows impressions, profile views, unique visitors and contact actions; the range switches to 90 days, then the Actions and Audience tabs open. In the Menu tab a “Shaorma falafel” item is added with a photo, a description, the vegetarian type, the large size and a 27 lei price, and it then appears in the list.

How much does claiming cost?
Nothing. Claiming is free and includes the profile, opening hours, the full menu, the gallery and customers' messages. You only pay if you choose a subscription, and you can stop it anytime.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. The subscription is a fixed amount, however many customers we send you or orders you get.
Does claiming or paying raise my score?
No. The score comes only from community votes and can't be bought. A promoted venue is clearly marked as promoted.
How do I prove I'm the owner?
Fastest is a code sent to the venue's email. If you can't reach it, or the venue has no email, send us proof (the company certificate, an invoice to the venue's address) and the team checks it by hand, usually within 1–2 working days.
What if someone else already claimed my venue?
Write to us at salut@shaormap.ro with the venue's name and proof that it's yours. We check who has the right to manage it and sort it out.
Can I manage the venue together with someone else?
Yes, with a subscription you can invite collaborators to help run it, without handing over your account.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
The venue stays yours and goes back to the free tier. Subscription tools lock until you reactivate it.
